Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on the oyen33 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. oyen33 reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time for compliance and verification purposes. Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and account login details confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party has access to their account.
• Notify oyen33 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
• Being responsible for all activity that takes place under their account, whether or not it was carried out with their knowledge.

Oyen33 is not liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3. Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to use the oyen33 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or misuses the platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Engaging in any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or transaction-related fraudulent activity.
• Sharing or transferring account balances between different users without platform authorisation.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oyen33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). This platform supports deposits via FPX and TNG eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained through lawful means.

Key points regarding transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed in the account section.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Oyen33 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific user requirements. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, oyen33 is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions due to technical maintenance, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

Account suspension and closure policy: oyen33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for security and compliance reasons. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation will be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed for verification reasons may contact the support team to request a review.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the oyen33 platform are the exclusive property of oyen33 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content on this platform without the express written consent of oyen33.

The oyen33 platform may contain links to third-party services or content. oyen33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites accessed through those links. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.

Oyen33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via an appropriate notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
